Marcella Gerhold

Marcella Gerhold serves as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Fairview, supporting the City Manager in overseeing municipal operations and advancing strategic initiatives across all departments. She plays a key role in coordinating community programs, managing special projects, and ensuring that city policies align with Fairview’s long-term goals for growth, sustainability, and resident well-being.

With extensive experience in local government and public policy, Marcella brings a strong background in organizational leadership, budgeting, and interdepartmental collaboration. Her commitment to transparent governance and community engagement helps foster trust and partnership between residents, staff, and elected officials.

Marcella holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and is passionate about empowering teams to deliver high-quality public services. Outside of work, she enjoys participating in civic events, supporting local arts and culture, and spending time outdoors with her family.
